SHIPPING POLICY – AVENUE PARFUM

We ship orders within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs
Orders from €50 are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €50, shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Order processing
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
After shipment, the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–2 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may be longer during busy periods at the carrier.

Track & Trace
If Track & Trace is available, you will receive it by email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or damaged delivery
Check your order after receipt. Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us as soon as possible at beka@avenuaparfum.nl, include your order number and, if possible, attach photos.

Incorrect address
Always check your delivery address carefully when ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error after placing your order. If the parcel has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.
