TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AVENUE PARFUM
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the Avenue Parfum webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
We do our best to display products, images, descriptions and colours as accurately as possible. Due to differences between screens, colours may differ slightly in reality.
We sell our products while stocks last.
4. Prices and payment
All prices in our webshop are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs are clearly shown before the order is completed.
Payment is made using the payment methods available during checkout.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
We may cancel an order where, for example, there is an obvious pricing error, a product is no longer available, or there is a suspicion of fraud or misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Shipping and delivery
We aim to ship orders within the time stated in the webshop.
Delivery times are indicative. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you where possible.
The risk of loss or damage during delivery remains with Avenue Parfum until you, or a person designated by you, have received the order.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.

The cost of returning an order is borne by the customer when we clearly stated this before purchase, except where an incorrect, damaged or defective product was delivered. This information must be clearly accessible and not stated only in the terms and conditions.
8. Warranty and complaints
Products are covered by statutory warranty rights. A product must meet what a consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Do you have a complaint about your order? Contact us at beka@avenuaparfum.nl. Preferably include your order number and, in case of damage, attach photos where possible.
9. Liability
Avenue Parfum is liable to the extent required by Dutch law.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be contractually excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The content of our webshop, including our own texts, logos, design and other material to which we own rights, may not be commercially copied or used without permission.
Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may change these terms and conditions. An order is governed by the terms that were in force at the time the order was placed.
13. Applicable law
Agreements with Avenue Parfum are governed by Dutch law, insofar as mandatory consumer law does not provide otherwise.
